On November 4, 2022, the Biology Department of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography conducted an event «Plants and animals of their native land» for 2nd year students of the specialty «6B05101-Biology». Organizers - Deputy Director of the Institute for Social and Educational Work Bakirov Serik, Associate Professor Musaev Kuandyk, head teachers Abdikarimova Gauhar, Saimova Rita and Galymbek Kanat.

The aim of the event is to expand the students` understanding of their native land, its richness and diverse nature, to increase love for the homeland and foster a caring attitude towards it.

To get acquainted with boundless steppes and majestic mountains of Kazakhstan in the form of game exchange of knowledge in the form of presentations, skits and quizzes. Here students showed themselves as masters of all hands. Also, information on ecological conditions of the country and the world as a whole was given during the event, interesting facts and data were announced. The students demonstrated orderliness and general interest.
